These terms are written in plain English. No walls of legal jargon. By using WP-Migrate, you agree to these terms.
License
When you purchase WP-Migrate, you receive a perpetual license to use the software:
- Single User License (£39) — Personal use with up to 2 machine activations. You can deactivate and reactivate as needed.
- Agency License (£149) — Unlimited machine activations. Suitable for teams and agencies.
Both licenses include unlimited migrations and all current features.
Free Trial
You get 3 free migrations to try the tool before purchasing. No credit card required. The free tier includes all features — no artificial limitations.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund policy, no questions asked. If WP-Migrate doesn't work for your use case, email support@wp-migrate.dev and we'll process your refund promptly.
Acceptable Use
WP-Migrate is designed for legitimate WordPress migration purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the software for any illegal activity
- Attempt to reverse engineer or redistribute the software
- Share your license key publicly
- Use the tool to migrate sites you don't own or have authorization to migrate
Liability & Warranty
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We're not liable for any data loss that may occur during migrations.
Always Backup First
We strongly recommend backing up both source and destination sites before running any migration. While WP-Migrate is designed to be safe and reliable, migrations involve moving significant amounts of data and things can go wrong with hosting providers, network connections, or unexpected site configurations.

Email support is included with all licenses. Reach us at support@wp-migrate.dev. We aim to respond within 48 hours, though we're usually much faster.
Updates
Your license includes all future updates to the current major version. We release bug fixes and improvements regularly. Major version upgrades (if any) may require a separate purchase, but we'll always offer existing customers a significant discount.
Termination
We reserve the right to revoke licenses that are used for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms. If we terminate your license, you'll receive a full refund for any unused portion (unless the termination is due to abuse).
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email to license holders. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
