WP-Migrate is built with privacy in mind. We collect only what's necessary to deliver the service and nothing more. Here's exactly what that means.
What We Collect
- Email address — Used to deliver your license key and important product updates. We won't spam you.
- Payment information — Processed securely by LemonSqueezy. We never see or store your card details.
- License usage data — We track activation count to enforce license limits (2 machines for Single User, unlimited for Agency).
What We Don't Collect
We don't collect any data from your WordPress sites. The CLI tool runs locally on your machine. The PHP agent operates entirely on your servers and doesn't send any information back to us. Your FTP credentials, database contents, and site data never touch our systems.
Third Parties
- LemonSqueezy — Handles payment processing and license management. Their privacy policy.
- No analytics or tracking — We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking tools on this website.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of any data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of marketing emails (there's an unsubscribe link in every email)

Data Security
We recommend using SFTP instead of plain FTP for encrypted file transfers. The PHP agent uses randomized filenames, token authentication, auto-expires after 1 hour, and self-deletes on cleanup.
Updates to This Policy
If we make significant changes to this privacy policy, we'll notify customers via email. Minor clarifications may be made without notice.
